The current horses at Knockeen with us are as follows:
BARON WILD: Purchased off the flat, this 67-rated three year old has plenty of experience in handicap company that will stand him in good stead when sent hurdling. He has an excellent middle-distance pedigree and we hope he can develop into a useful juvenile hurdler this term.

COOLE ARCADE: A winner at Fairyhouse earlier this year for his previous connections, Coole Arcade joined us in June and looks a potentially well-handicapped sort to go over hurdles and fences this season.

UNNAMED BY SAGEBURG: A beautifully-bred filly, she is a half-sister to three black-type mares and was purchased at the Goffs Land Rover Sale. She is a high-class prospect and we will look to start her off on the track next year.

ALICE AVRIL: A four year old daughter of Balko, she has a rating of 125 in France (where she was a winner over hurdles) and looks a hugely exciting chasing prospect, being a half-sister to Grade 1 performers Grand Sancy and Keskonrisk.

COTTIE: Runner-up on her debut in a bumper at the Galway Festival and subsequently fifth in Listed company, Cottie is a new arrival to the yard and looks an exciting novice hurdling prospect for the season ahead.

MAKFILS: An 80-rated performer on the flat in France, he joined us in January 2021 and has the pedigree and physique to suggest he can develop into a useful performer over hurdles.

SCHONE AUSSICHT: Claimed for just €8,000 in France, she has won twice already since joining us and continues to progress. She has an excellent attitude and looks sure to provide her owners with plenty of success in the future.

An accountant by profession, before heading to University Tom worked for several leading yards in Ireland and the UK. As well as co-managing Pimlico Racing Ireland, he is one-third of the popular podcast The Finishing Line.

Nathaniel has a wealth of experience in the industry, including as a successful syndicate manager and as an assistant trainer in the UK, prior to setting up a bloodstock agency, which he continues to run alongside the syndicates.
